In accordance with paragraph 2.7 of the Career Transition Partnership Preferred Supplier Terms & Conditions, 4JH Ltd confirms that all training fees paid in advance by Service leavers are deposited into a dedicated **Client Account**. This account is separate from the company’s operational finances and is maintained solely for the protection of client funds.
In the event that 4JH Ltd ceases to trade, the following procedure will be undertaken to enable reimbursement of any prepaid training fees:
1. A designated director or appointed insolvency practitioner will notify all Service leavers with outstanding bookings.
2. The client account will be audited and the total refundable amount for each individual identified.
3. Refunds will be processed directly from the client account to the Service leaver’s original method of payment or via BACS transfer.
4. The process will be prioritised to ensure prompt return of funds, in line with the Terms & Conditions agreed at the time of booking.
