Grievances & Victimisation

4JH takes all complaints of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or victimisation seriously. These will be addressed through our disciplinary or grievance procedures.

  • Serious cases may result in dismissal
  • Sexual harassment and other forms of harassment may also constitute criminal offences

 

Employee Responsibility

All employees must read and comply with this policy. Managers are responsible for ensuring that staff are supported and that the policy is consistently applied.

 

Responsibility to Learners

4JH is committed to providing equal access to training and assessment for all learners.

  • Reasonable adjustments will be made to support learners with specific needs
  • Special consideration may be given for assessment if a learner experiences illness, injury, or personal hardship
  • All learners are entitled to a safe, inclusive training environment free from harassment or discrimination
